Orders will be processed M-F and shipped USPS priority flat rate box 1-3 days for the USA and 6-10 days for other countries. Last day for Halloween season orders is Oct 22st for in stock orders and Oct 3rd for custome orders.

Refund and cancellation policies

Due to the seasonal nature of our business no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please measure carefully, read costume discription thourghly, and order the correct size.

Cancellations are accepted if request is confirmed and costume has not been shipped.

*HOW DO I GET MY CORRECT MEASUREMENTS?*

With a tape measure, measure around the fullest part of the bust Don't pull too tight, let the tape be taunt enough not to slip off. For the waist, measure around the natural waist, usually 1 to 2 inches below the last rib and above the belly button. Do not measure where the new low raise pants and skirts waist band fall, it is too low.
