The Fatimas present a beginning BellyDance DVD for people of all sizes, ages and physical abilities.

This DVD begins with a gentle, yet extensive muscle warm-up and total body strech to help ease the not so flexible among us into a comfortable state of body awarness. It is followed by instruction and practice in basic Bellydance isolations and moves. These moves and isolations are combined into combinations and taught in a simple Bellydance choreography. Special features include a full costumed preformance by The Fatimas, and special guests explain and perform 3 of the most popular Bellydance styles. This DVD will be realeased the fall of 2009.
