Now Available! The Fatimas present a beginning Belly Dance DVD for people of all sizes, ages and physical abilities.

This DVD begins with a gentle, yet extensive muscle warm-up and total body stretch to help ease the not so flexible among us into a comfortable state of body awareness. It is followed by instruction and practice in basic Belly dance isolations and movesments. These moves and isolations are combined into combinations and taught in a simple Belly dance choreography. Special features include a full costumed performance by The Fatimas, and special guests belly dancers explain and perform 3 of the most popular Bellydance styles.
